About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital performance strategy—from setting up metrics through to PPC execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of conversion funnels, paid media, and marketing analytics, and thrives in creating high-ROI campaigns that convert leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and optimize marketing measurement systems using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
Design and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop lead generation strategies aligned with sales goals, including
Run A/B tests and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.
Collaborate with sales to ensure campaign leads meet qualification benchmarks and are effectively handed off for nurturing.
Monitor and report on KPIs, including cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lead quality metrics.
Implement retargeting and lookalike audiences to increase reach and re-engage high-value prospects.
Coordinate with developers to integrate tracking pixels, build automation workflows, and implement custom scripts when needed.
Required Skills
Proven success in running and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and lead tracking.
Experience with SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-focused lead generation is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Excellent written English, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Bonus Points
Experience with video content repurposing and funnel-stage targeting.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content strategy.
Ability to craft and place meaningful press releases.
