Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, generate leads, and convert them into customers. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other platforms while actively supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
1. Manage and optimize social media accounts
2. Plan, create, and post engaging content tailored to our audience.
3. Run paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, monitoring ROI.
4. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve campaigns.
5. Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and visibility.
Sales Support & Lead Generation:
1. Identify and engage potential customers through digital channels.
2. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
3. Collaborate with the team to develop promotions and special campaigns.
4. Maintain a CRM system to track leads, prospects, and clients.
Brand Management & Strategy:
1. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
2. Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies.
3. Collaborate with management on marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably in service-based industries.
3. Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and paid advertising.
4. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
5. Strong communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
6. Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
