JOB OVERVIEW

Stout Design Build is a Southern California design-build company specializing in residential landscapes, outdoor living, pools, hardscape, and remodeling.

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate qualified leads, improve our digital presence, and manage our marketing systems.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute, analyze results, and recommend improvements—not just post on social media. The position supports campaigns, content, CRM/lead tracking, SEO, social media, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads
Generate qualified leads for our design-build services
Monitor CPL, conversions, lead quality, consultations, and ROI
Manage CRM, lead sources, pipelines, and follow-up
Support SEO and Local SEO
Manage website/landing-page content
Plan and publish social media content
Create email/nurture campaigns
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements

Qualifications:
3+ years of digital marketing experience preferred
Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
Strong lead-generation experience
Experience with GoHighLevel and/or HubSpot
SEO/Local SEO knowledge
Strong written English
Comfortable working with analytics and reporting
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with construction, remodeling, landscaping, pools, or other high-ticket local services is a plus
Full-Time Availability
