We’re a snorkeling tour company based in the Cook Islands, and we’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to help us grow bookings through paid ads and social media
We already have high-quality underwater content ready to go — we just need the right person to turn that into results.

Your Role:
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Run and
- Create and manage TikTok ad campaigns
- Improve conversion (turn views into bookings)
- Suggest simple marketing strategies to increase sales

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Google Ads + Meta Ads
- Experience with TikTok ads
- Strong understanding of conversions and sales funnels
- Ability to analyse performance and improve campaigns
- Creative eye for using content effectively

Bonus (not required but a plus):
- Experience in tourism, travel, or activity-based businesses
- Basic copywriting skills (ad captions, hooks)
- Experience improving booking rates
