???? Offshore Digital Marketing Specialist

Remote | Full-Time | Healthcare-Focused Brands

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based healthcare and multi-location services company seeking a high-performance Offshore Digital Marketing Specialist to manage SEO, paid ads, creative production, and WordPress development.

This is not a basic “social media manager” role. We are looking for someone technical, analytical, creative, and performance-driven.

???? Core Responsibilities
???? SEO & Backlink Strategy

Develop and execute white-hat backlink campaigns

Outreach to high-authority websites for guest posting

On-page SEO optimization (schema, metadata, site structure)

Technical SEO audits

Competitor backlink analysis

Improve domain authority and organic traffic growth

???? Paid Advertising (Google & Meta)

Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

Manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns

Retargeting funnel setup

Conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM)

A/B testing creatives and landing pages

Weekly ROI and CPL reporting

Reduce cost per acquisition while scaling volume

???? Graphic Design & Creative

Create ad creatives, thumbnails, social posts, landing page graphics

Design conversion-focused lead magnets

Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms

???? Video Creation (AI-Driven)

Create short-form and long-form marketing videos

Use ElevenLabs for AI voiceovers

Script, edit, caption, and optimize videos

Produce YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and ad creatives

Create testimonial and educational-style videos

???? WordPress Development

Build and maintain WordPress websites

Optimize landing pages for conversion

Improve site speed and UX

Manage plugins and security

Implement tracking pixels and CRM integrations

???? Required Skills

3+ years digital marketing experience

Strong backlink outreach experience (must provide examples)

Proven Google Ads & Meta Ads management experience

WordPress proficiency (Elementor or similar preferred)

Experience with:

GA4

Google Tag Manager

Meta Business Manager

Canva / Adobe tools

ElevenLabs (or similar AI voice tools)

Strong English communication (written and verbal)

Data-driven mindset
