We are seeking a versatile and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage multi-channel advertising campaigns and support our clients' overall digital presence. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, conversion tracking, and a wide range of digital marketing platforms to help our clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Video, Shopping), Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
Implement, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate campaign measurement and data attribution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and create detailed performance reports to provide clients with actionable insights.
Conduct market and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems for clients, with a focus on platforms like GoHighLevel.
Perform website updates and basic content management on various platforms such as WordPress and GoHighLevel.
Assist with LinkedIn lead generation efforts using tools like Sales Navigator.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Google Ads Specialist, or similar role.
Google Ads Certification and hands-on experience managing a full suite of Google Ads campaign types.
Proficiency in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta
Expert-level ability in implementing and verifying conversion tracking with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Strong familiarity with marketing automation/CRM platforms, specifically GoHighLevel.
Experience performing content and settings updates on website platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and using analysis tools (e.g., SEMrush).
Nice-to-Haves
Basic graphic design skills for creating marketing assets (e.g., experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated through experience in administrative or virtual assistance roles.
