Position Overview

We are seeking a highly proficient Marketing Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, has a flair for creative content, and possesses a strong background in digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple social media pages, optimizing our website, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Website Management- Squarespace
- Build and edit websites to ensure they are user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
- Make constant updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

- Content Creation
- Edit videos and create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Develop posts that align with current trends to keep our audience engaged.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement SEO strategies for all webpages to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor performance and make continuous improvements.

- Marketing Strategy Development
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to sell online media courses.
- Develop automation and funnels to generate leads across all platforms.

- Lead Generation
- Utilize social media and YouTube to attract potential customers and increase sales.
- Ensure that there is a consistent flow of web traffic and lead generation activities.

- Event and Scheduling Management
- Manage online bookings and scheduling through calendars and ensure invoicing is seamless.
- Use Eventbrite for organizing new events and make necessary updates to the website.

- Customer Engagement
- Encourage online google reviews and engage with customers through various channels.
- Build relationships with customers to enhance their experience and connection with our brand.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in marketing, digital content creation, and social media management.
- Strong technical skills in website building and editing, video editing, and graphics.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to think creatively and strategize effectively to drive traffic and sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
