ROLE: Part-Time Digital Marketing Operator
Industry: Global Video Production Agency
Hours: Part-time (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM GMT)
Rate: GBP 450.00 per month

We are a global video production agency creating high-impact video content for leading brands across the UK, US and beyond. The business focuses on storytelling and long-term partnerships.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a high-performance Digital Marketing Operator to take ownership of marketing execution, content distribution, and outbound activity.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO IS:

-Proactive
-Highly detail-oriented
-Reliable with deadlines
-Able to execute tasks fully without reminders

The expectation is consistent, accurate execution- tasks should be completed on time, in full, and to a high standard.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SEO & Content Distribution

*Upload 2 blog posts per week to the website
*Ensure correct:

-Formatting
-SEO structure
- Internal linking
- Images

*Convert blog content into:
- LinkedIn articles (posted on founder’s account)

2. Social Media Marketing

*Publish:
-2 LinkedIn posts per week (founder account)
-1 Instagram post per week

*Ensure posts are:
-Accurate
-On-brand
-Published on schedule

3. Agency Partnerships & Relationship Management

-Conduct outreach to large agencies (UK & NYC)
-Track conversations, messaging, and activity
-Send follow-ups and maintain relationships
-Support reminders for ongoing relationship management

4. Outbound Marketing
*Execute outbound targeting via:
-Email
-LinkedIn

*Maintain clear tracking of:
-Leads
-Outreach
-Follow-ups

5. Task Ownership & Execution
*Take full ownership of assigned tasks from start to completion
*Work from task lists and ensure nothing is missed

*Ensure tasks are:
-Fully completed (not partially done)
-Completed correctly (not marked done incorrectly)

*Flag issues early and resolve independently where possible

Based on prior experience, this role requires:

-Execution Focus – consistently completes tasks fully and correctly

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
-Experience in digital marketing / content distribution
-Strong written English and attention to detail
-Basic SEO understanding (blog formatting, keywords, linking)

-Competent with:

-LinkedIn
-Instagram
-Website CMS

-Comfortable with outreach and initiating conversations
