Key Responsibilities
Email
• Build and optimize automated
• Set up lead nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies for cold outreach and warm lead conversion
• Manage API integrations between
Paid Advertising
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads,
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
• Manage monthly ad budgets and report on ROI and cost-per-lead metrics
Project Coordination
• Work directly with the company in-charge to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, or contractors as needed for design, video editing, or technical tasks
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Requirements
Must Have:
• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (please provide portfolio, case studies, or specific campaign results)
• Strong expertise in
• Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads,
• Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM systems, and marketing analytics
• Experience with API integrations or willingness to learn technical marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
• Experience in real estate marketing or investor education industries
• Familiarity with YouTube content strategy and algorithm optimization
• Experience with landing page builders (ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Leadpages, etc.)
• Knowledge of cold
• Experience working directly with a founder or in a startup/small business environment

• Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
