JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Amazon 3rd-party seller platforms to join our Cebu offi ce. This person will play a critical role in driving digital marketing initiatives, managing Amazon and eBay accounts, and ensuring consistent and professional brand representation across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role that requires analytical thinking, creative execution, and strong organizational skills. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the U.S. team and marketing agency to develop strategies for short-term sales growth and long-term brand development.

Objectives of this role:
? Drive digital marketing initiatives to grow sales and strengthen brand presence.
? Optimize and manage Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.
? Support sales and business development through digital marketing assets and presentations.
Responsibilities:
Amazon & eCommerce Management
? Analyze weekly sales performance and develop actionable marketing strategies.
? Collaborate with the Amazon agency on advertising campaigns and optimization.
? Manage Amazon Seller Central cases to resolve listing, compliance, or technical issues.
? Proactively identify “what can go wrong” on Amazon (e.g., listing errors, suppressed SKUs, gradual performance declines) and take corrective action.
? Monitor inventory projections, minimize overstock, and communicate needs to the team.
? Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities within relevant categories.
? Manage and optimize the eBay seller account.
Digital Marketing & Branding
? Maintain a unifi ed digital identity across Amazon, the company website, LinkedIn, and customer-facing materials.
? Oversee website updates and ensure content refl ects brand and business goals.
? Manage LinkedIn updates and encourage team contributions to maintain a professional presence.
? Support digital initiatives to strengthen online identity.
Sales Support
? Prepare PowerPoint decks, sales presentations, and digital assets that refl ect consistent branding.
? Ensure marketing assets are aligned with sales strategies.
Required skills and qualifi cations: ? Proven experience with Amazon 3rd-party seller platforms (non-negotiable). ? Strong skills in data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making. ? Knowledge of digital branding, content management, and website updates. ? Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional digital communication. ? Profi ciency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation support. ? Strong analytical and Excel skills to track performance trends and produce actionable reports. ? Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and experience troubleshooting common issues.
? Strong organizational and project management skills. ? Profi ciency in MS Offi ce and Adobe Acrobat. ? Ability to work a hybrid schedule (U.S. mornings / Philippine afternoons & evenings). ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Positive, resilient attitude – able to review weekly “what went wrong” reports while staying solution-focused.
Preferred skills and qualifi cations
? Experience in the games, toys, or entertainment industry.
? Strong eye for marketing visuals, including product hero images and consumer-driven creative execution.
? Experience with Microsoft Access (nice to have).
