We're looking for an experienced and highly creative **Virtual Marketing Manager** who can take ownership of our entire digital marketing presence and help build Bow Wows Dublin into one of Ireland's leading pet care brands.

This is **not** a basic social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, create engaging content, understand our audience, and bring our brand to life across every platform.

Your Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for managing and growing our complete online presence, including:

Social Media Management

* Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads
* Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
* Schedule and publish daily content
* Respond to comments and engagement when required
* Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly

Content Creation

* Create engaging short-form videos and Reels
* Edit professional-quality videos
* Design eye-catching graphics and promotional material
* Create educational, entertaining and promotional content
* Write compelling captions that match our brand voice
* Source and organise media from our team

Brand Development

* Understand the Bow Wows Dublin brand inside and out
* Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice
* Bring fresh, creative ideas to every campaign
* Help build a recognisable pet care brand across Ireland

Email Marketing

* Design and send newsletters through MailerLite
* Create promotional email campaigns
* Build customer journeys and automations
* Grow and manage our mailing list

Website Management

* Update our WordPress website
* Upload blogs, offers and new services
* Improve user experience where possible
* Ensure website content stays current

Digital Marketing

* Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns
* Create Facebook and Instagram Ads
* Monitor advertising performance
* Improve conversions and return on investment
* Understand customer behaviour and buying habits

### Analytics & Strategy

* Analyse social media performance
* Produce monthly marketing reports
* Identify new growth opportunities
* Recommend improvements based on data
* Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes
