JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can manage multiple portfolios of marketing at the same time

This is a great role for someone who already has solid marketing experience but is also hungry to learn, take ownership, and grow into a broader leadership role

What You’ll Do

• Manage marketing activities across several brands and keep priorities organized
• Own and improve email marketing, including campaigns, sequences, nurture, and lead follow up
• Understand and report on marketing data, including leads, conversions, website traffic, and campaign performance
• Work across different marketing channels including email, website, SEO, paid campaigns, content, and lead generation
• Understand website performance and use data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with specialists or contractors when deeper expertise is needed
• Help build repeatable marketing processes that can be used across multiple brands
• Provide clear, simple weekly updates on what is working, what is not, and what we should do next

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role
• Experience managing multiple accounts, clients, or brands at the same time
• Strong email marketing campaign experience
• Comfortable reading and explaining marketing data and turning it into action
• Good understanding of websites, SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing fundamentals
• Broad marketing knowledge rather than expertise in only one channel
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Someone who is curious, coachable, and genuinely wants to grow with the role

Experience with tools such as GoHighLevel, Instantly, Google Ads, Semrush, Claude, or ChatGPT is a plus, but you do not need to be an expert in all of them.

Schedule: Full time ||US Eastern hours required

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities to grow as the role and portfolio expand.
