JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with Social Media Marketing skills for a UK company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

What you'll be doing:

Developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Creating visual contents for various marketing channels.
Creating Sales Brochures | Marketing materials
Managing the Company's Social Media Accounts | Implementing Policies to Grow the Company's Social Media Accounts
Monitoring Social Media Trends and Competitor Activities | Conducting Social Media Advertising Campaigns
Overseeing day-to-day management of social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Ensuring consistent brand voice and image across all platforms.
Building and nurturing relationships with followers and influencers & Interacting with Prospective Buyers or People Making Inquiries.
Crisis Management and Brand Reputation
Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to track and measure social media performance.
Content Curation and Scheduling
Joining Facebook Groups and Building Relevant Connections
Ensuring the website content is up-to-date with the latest information, promotions, and products.
Collaborating with web developers and content creators to maintain a user-friendly and visually appealing website.
Integrating social media content and campaigns with the website to drive traffic and engagement.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social.
Must have skills in video editing and graphic designing
Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Certification in social media advertising and other relevant qualifications is a plus
