Role Overview
Responsible for managing all client marketing strategies, overseeing execution across channels, leading tea
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Client Growth
Develop and oversee full-funnel marketing strategies for clients
Identify growth opportunities (SEO, paid ads, CRO, content, automation)
Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on ROI
Lead client strategy calls and present results
2. Campaign Management
Manage multi-channel campaigns:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads
SEO (on-page, off-page, local SEO)
Email
Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and budgets
3. Team Leadership
Manage internal team (media buyers, content creators, SEO specialists)
Assign tasks, set KPIs, and track performance
Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Train and improve team performance
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs: CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates
Build and present monthly reports to clients
Use tools like GA4, GHL, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
5. Systems & Process Optimization
Improve internal workflows and SOPs
Implement automation where possible (CRM, follow-ups, pipelines)
Standardize client onboarding and campaign setup
Requirements
Experience
4–7+ years in digital marketing
Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple channels
Experience managing clients (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of local business marketing (especially dental/medical is a plus)
Skills
Paid Ads (Google + Meta), strong
SEO, solid understanding
Funnel building (GHL or similar CRM)
Data analysis and decision-making
Team management and leadership
Client communication and presentation
