Studio B is Melbourne’s premier podcast production and streaming facility. We house a large broadcast studio and two boutique podcast rooms designed for professionals, creators, and brands who want to sound their best. Our integrated production services cover pre-production, filming, recording, and post-production — empowering clients to tell better stories and reach bigger audiences.
Our in-house streaming arm, Talking Wealth (to be rebranded Alevate), delivers educational and entertainment content across finance, business, and lifestyle media. We’re now looking for a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to grow our digital presence, generate leads, and shape how the world sees Studio B and Talking Wealth.
The Opportunity
You’ll own and execute the digital marketing strategy for both Studio B and Alevate. This is a hands-on role for a creative marketer who thrives on bringing brand stories to life through social media, content creation, and targeted lead generation campaigns. You’ll work collaboratively with our production and content teams to connect with audiences, attract corporate and creator clients, and drive viewership and engagement across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Craft and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage all social media platforms, content calendars, and community interactions for Studio B and Talking Wealth.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (organic and paid) to grow customer base and viewer engagement.
• Create compelling digital content — including videos, reels, blog posts, newsletters, and short-form campaigns.
• Work closely with the production team to repurpose content from studio sessions for social and web use.
• Monitor analytics across digital platforms; provide insights and regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align marketing activities with business development.
• Manage relationships with marketing partners, influencers, and digital media outlets as required.
About You
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in media, content production, or creative industries.
• Proven success in building engaged online communities and generating leads through digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram,
• Competent in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, HubSpot, and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who can balance creative experimentation with performance metrics.
• Bonus: Experience working with podcasts, livestreams, or video production content.
