JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to help execute and scale core growth initiatives across outbound, paid acquisition, lead generation, and CRM operations.

This is not a basic assistant role. You will be responsible for executing important parts of our growth engine. You should be someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and figures things out without needing constant direction.

We’re building one of the fastest-growing companies in our space, and this role is directly tied to that growth.

This is a night shift role that operates M-F 9am-5pm EST (USA, East Coast time).

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Executing outbound meta, instantly, reddit, etc. campaigns.
- Building, organizing, and improving lead lists and targeting data
- Researching and qualifying potential opportunities using clear criteria
- Keeping systems organized, accurate, and running smoothly
- Turning ideas into consistent, repeatable execution

You are:

- Extremely detail-oriented
- Fast to learn new systems
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Someone who takes pride in doing things correctly
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms
- Comfortable working with data, lists, and structured workflows
- You don’t wait for instructions. You figure things out and keep things moving.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong written English
- Experience with marketing tools, CRMs, or data-heavy workflows
- Experience with outbound or lead generation
- Experience supporting paid ads
- Experience working in SaaS or e-commerce
- Experience managing or cleaning data

Compensation:

- $12 to $15/hour (based on experience and performance)
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Long-term role
