Job Description
We are a fast-growing land clearing and disaster services company based in Florida (USA), and we are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help generate qualified leads and booked jobs.
This is not a basic VA role. We need someone who understands how to generate real leads that turn into revenue.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our entire lead generation system, including paid ads, funnels, and automation.
Your Responsibilities
Create and manage Google Search Ads campaigns (local service-based targeting)
Build and optimize
Improve and manage landing pages and funnels (GoHighLevel)
Set up and optimize lead tracking, tagging, and follow-up automations
Analyze performance and continuously improve cost per lead
Work with our team to improve messaging, offers, and conversions
Assist with basic content creation (ad creatives, simple graphics, short-form content)
What We Are Looking For
You MUST have experience with:
Google Ads (Search campaigns for local services)
Facebook
Funnel building (GoHighLevel experience is a BIG plus)
Understanding of lead generation for service businesses
Ideal Candidate
Has worked with home services, construction, or local businesses
Understands how to generate calls and booked jobs, not just clicks
Can work independently and suggest improvements
Strong communicator and reliable
Data-driven and focused on results
