We are a U.S.-based technology company looking for a dedicated, independent-thinking digital marketer to own our SEO, content distribution, and website performance.
We are looking for someone who analyzes, recommends, executes, and reports — not someone who only completes tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
Build high-quality, white-hat backlinks
Use Ahrefs and SurferSEO to:
Identify backlink and keyword opportunities
Recommend SEO and content improvements
Track Domain Rating, rankings, and competitors
Secure placements on relevant, high-authority industry sites
Provide regular recommendations, not just reports
WEBSITE AND CONTENT MANAGMENT
Update and manage the website (WordPress or similar CMS)
Publish and optimize articles and landing pages
Improve site structure, internal linking, and on-page SEO
Proactively identify and fix issues
Content Distribution & Campaign Support
Support
Adapt long-form content into short-form and native-style copy
Help organize and test advertising creatives
Coordinate SEO, content, and ads into a unified plan
MARKETING OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT
Maintain content calendars and campaign trackers
Provide weekly written updates with insights and recommendations
Analyze performance data and summarize trends clearly
Support leadership with concise reports and action items
Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years experience in SEO or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Ahrefs and SurferSEO
Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS
Strong written and verbal English (professional level)
Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable with tracking, reporting, and organizing data in excel
Able to analyze performance trends and draw conclusions
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
NICE TO HAVE
Native advertising or display ad experience
B2B or technology company exposure
Interest in growing into a senior marketing or operations role
Work Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
Full-time only — no second job
Reliable internet and professional home setup and full office suite
Available and responsive within a 5-10 min during U.S. business hours
