JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an expert-level online marketer with significant, hands-on experience executing and optimizing email marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other online marketing channels in e-commerce, hospitality, travel, real estate, or similar online businesses.

We operate 200+ serviced apartments across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and our core focus is increasing direct bookings through our website: ---------- .

You will work closely with the founder and take full responsibility for executing, improving, and optimizing our digital marketing funnel. You will also collaborate with our in-house full-stack developer to implement technical changes, landing pages, tracking, and experiments efficiently.

This is a high-ownership execution role, not a strategy-only position and not a social media posting job.

Responsibilities

* Full ownership of website updates and landing page optimization (copy, structure, UX improvements), working with our in-house developer where needed
* SEO execution (on-page SEO, content coordination, Google Search Console, technical basics)
* Google Ads setup, optimization, and ongoing performance improvement
* Meta Ads execution and testing
* Email marketing execution (campaigns, flows, segmentation)
* Tracking performance across channels and producing weekly reports on traffic, conversions, and results
* Identifying issues, opportunities, and improvements proactively
* Documenting processes, experiments, and learnings

You are expected to execute independently, improve continuously, and take responsibility for results.

Required Experience

* Strong, proven experience as an online marketing executor
* Deep hands-on experience with:

* SEO
* Email marketing
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads
* Experience working with websites and landing pages
* Strong written English
* Comfortable working with analytics, tracking, and reporting
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Able to work with clear direction while also thinking critically and suggesting improvements

Work Setup

Salary
USD 2,000 – 3,000 per month, based on experience and skill level
