You will lead digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of growing companies including:
• Lakecation Vacations – Vacation rental and hospitality brand
• Maid Squad Ozarks – Residential and vacation rental cleaning services
• Property Squad – Maintenance and repair services
• Aloha Laundromat – Modern self-service laundry experience
• Aloha Laundry Co. – Commercial laundry & wash-dry-fold delivery service

What You Will Be Responsible For
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all brands that increase visibility, engagement, and revenue.
Social Media & Content Creation
Create engaging and strategic content for:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
Local marketing groups
Blog content and SEO articles
Promotional and storytelling campaigns
This includes short-form video, reels, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Website Marketing & Digital Storefront Optimization
Our websites are designed to function as powerful digital storefronts.
You will:
Work with contracted website companies and developers
Monitor website performance metrics
Ensure websites generate leads and bookings
Create website updates, blog content, and new landing pages
Improve website SEO and conversion performance
Ensure all websites remain fresh, relevant, and high-converting
Monitor Google Analytics
Marketing Campaign Development
Design and launch campaigns including:
Digital advertising
Seasonal campaigns
Brand awareness initiatives
Local digital and print advertising
Digital billboard campaigns
Automated marketing drip campaigns and re-engagement campaigns
Promotions and special offers
Referral campaigns and more
Lead Generation & Sales Growth
Build systems that increase:
Direct bookings
Website traffic
Customer inquiries
Service leads
Conversion rates
Recruitment Marketing
Develop marketing campaigns to attract talent for growing teams including:
Operations
Cleaning technicians
Maintenance teams
Customer service staff
Community & Brand Engagement
Build brand awareness through community engagement initiatives and partnerships.
