We help homes and businesses refine living through clean, safe, and innovative water systems. We are expanding our remote support team and looking for a talented Marketing Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help drive our digital presence.Position

OverviewRole: Marketing Virtual Assistant (Remote / Work From Home)

Location: Philippines (Home-based)Job Type: Full-Time 9am-6.30pm

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn.Content & Social: Plan, write, and schedule multi-platform content for social media, email newsletters, and blogs.Analytics & Tracking: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and CRM tools.

Strategy & Growth: Conduct market research, review funnel performance, and run split-tests to improve conversion rates.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Technical Setup: High-speed fiber internet connection, backup power/internet provisions, and a quiet dedicated workspace.

Other Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Content & Copywriting: Write engaging captions, basic blog posts, and simple promotional email copy.

Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and tracking digital marketing campaigns and local outreach efforts.

Graphic Assets: Design simple, clean graphics and promotional assets using Adobe/ Canva or similar tools.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor basic social metrics and prepare weekly performance summaries.Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or as a marketing virtual assistant.

Skills: Google and FB Ad management, Strong command of English (written and verbal), basic graphic design using Adobe (Canva), and social media scheduling tools.

Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work-from-home environment.Mindset: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn clean technology branding.

Salary depends on experience.
Work hours will be Monday to Saturdays 9-6.30pm
