JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Virtual / Gold Coast, Australia
Type: Full-Time (ASAP Start)
Compensation: $1,500 AUD / Month
The Mission
Beauty Sleep Club is scaling toward a $15M valuation, and we need a world-class executor to manage the gears of our marketing engine. We provide the high-converting creatives (via our agency, Icon) and the SOPs; you provide the technical execution across Shopify, Omnisend, and our paid social channels.
Core Competencies & Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Execution (FB, Google, TikTok)

Facebook/Meta: Launch and monitor new campaigns using our winning "Dr. Fern" and "Survival Mode" frameworks.
Google Ads: Execute and manage search/shopping campaigns to capture high-intent traffic.
TikTok Ads: Deploy viral-style creative assets and manage spend efficiency.
2. Retention & Email Marketing (Omnisend)

Campaign Deployment: Schedule and send high-end, luxury-minimalist email campaigns to our 50,000-customer list.
Flow Management: Ensure all automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase) are running perfectly to maximize LTV.
3. Social Media Management

Publishing: Manage the daily cadence of Reels, Stories, and static posts across Instagram and TikTok.
Community Engagement: Maintain the "Brand Voice"—respond to DMs and comments to build trust with our community of 70,000+ women.
4. Shopify Operations

Site Management: Coordinate with our CRO leads to ensure landing pages (Replo) and product descriptions are updated and functional.
Requirements

Immediate Availability: You must be able to start full-time ASAP.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience inside Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Omnisend.
Execution Machine: You thrive on "closing" tasks. If an SOP is given, it is executed flawlessly and on time.
Data-First Mindset: You understand how to track ROI, link clicks, and sales to ensure our targets are met.
