Seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing strategies that expand our brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth.
This role requires someone who is both creative and analytical, capable of building campaigns while tracking performance to ensure strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Manage and grow social media platforms
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Create engaging content including graphics, short-form video, and
Oversee website updates, SEO improvements, and landing page performance
Analyze metrics and provide monthly performance reports
Generate qualified leads through digital funnels
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels
Collaborate with leadership on promotional initiatives
? Required Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing with measurable results
Strong understanding of social media strategy and paid advertising
Experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite,
Ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong project management ability
Self-motivated and able to work independently
