## About the Role
We're a portfolio of small businesses based in British Columbia, Canada spanning financial services, equipment rental, and local media. We're looking for a sharp, versatile Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, content, and community operations across all three businesses.
This is not a typical VA role. You'll be working alongside AI-powered tools and agents that handle content drafting, research, and data analysis. Your job is the human layer — the outreach, the design polish, the community engagement, the ad optimization, and the creative judgment that AI can't replace. You'll be the person who takes good AI-generated drafts and makes them great, who builds real relationships with partners and audiences, and who keeps the marketing engine running smoothly across multiple brands.
We're looking for someone who genuinely understands marketing — not just execution, but strategy. Someone who can look at a campaign and tell us what's working and what isn't, and who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
