JOB OVERVIEW

About Funnel Digital Marketing
Funnel Digital Marketing is a performance marketing agency that brings Fortune 500-level expertise to small and medium-sized businesses. We specialize in paid search, SEO, programmatic advertising, and social media, and we are known for being data-driven, transparent, and genuinely invested in our clients' success. While large agencies reserve their best talent for their biggest accounts, we give every client access to senior-level strategy and execution from day one.
The agency was founded in 2018 and is led by Kenneth Hamner, who has 20 years of experience in digital marketing. Today, Funnel works with clients across a range of industries, delivering measurable results through strategies that are grounded in data and built around each client's specific goals. The agency is growing, and this role is a key part of expanding our capacity to serve more clients at a high level.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator & Analyst who can support the execution and reporting side of our paid media operations across multiple channels and clients.
This is a full-time role, but it is not a typical "sit in one lane" position. On any given day you might be pulling performance reports from Google Ads, building out keyword lists for a new paid search campaign, compiling monthly client reports, organizing assets for a programmatic launch, or QA-ing a set of social ads before they go live. The work will vary, and you need to be comfortable jumping between projects, channels, and clients without losing track of details.
You will work directly with the agency founder, helping free up bandwidth on the operational and analytical side of campaigns. This is primarily a support and coordination role, but for the right person, it can grow into hands-on campaign management and implementation over time.

What You Will Do
Reporting and Analysis
Pull and compile performance data from platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs, and others
Build and maintain monthly client reports that are clear, accurate, and easy to understand
Track key metrics across channels and flag anything that looks off
Organize data in spreadsheets and reporting templates so it is ready for review
Paid Search Support
Build keyword lists, negative keyword lists, and ad group structures
Assist with campaign setup, ad copy organization, and QA before launch
Pull search term reports and identify optimization opportunities
Help maintain and organize account structures across multiple clients
Paid Social Support
Assist with campaign setup and audience building in platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, or others as needed
Organize creative assets and ensure ads are properly formatted before launch
Pull performance data and help identify what is working and what is not
Programmatic Support
Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and QA in programmatic platforms
Help organize targeting parameters, creative assets, and tracking tags
Pull pacing and performance reports as needed
General Coordination
Keep projects organized and moving forward without needing constant follow-up
Manage task lists, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple accounts
Communicate proactively when something is unclear, delayed, or needs attention
Adapt quickly when priorities shift or new projects come in

What We Are Looking For
Required
Experience working in digital marketing, whether at an agency, in-house, or freelance
Familiarity with paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising concepts
Comfortable working inside platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools (even if at a basic level)
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets) for reporting and data organization
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks across different clients without mistakes
Strong communication skills and the ability to ask good questions when something is unclear
Self-directed and able to manage a full-time workload without constant supervision
Preferred
Experience building or working with client-facing reports and dashboards
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)
Experience working at a digital marketing agency
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means the agency runs smoother because you are in it.
Reports go out on time and they are accurate. When a project lands on your plate, you figure out what needs to happen, ask the right questions, and get it done without things falling through the cracks. You do not wait around for instructions on every small detail. You take ownership of your tasks and follow through.
Over time, you develop a deeper understanding of how campaigns work across channels, and you start contributing not just to the support work but to the strategy and execution as well. Strong performers will be given more responsibility, more autonomy, and increased compensation as the role evolves.

Compensation and Setup
This is a contract-based, full-time role.
Time Commitment: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience
Work Style: Fully remote, async
Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Slack, Google Docs/Drive

How to Apply
When applying through OnlineJobs.ph, please assign at least 10 points to your application. Applications with fewer than 10 points will not be reviewed.
Include:
A short summary of your digital marketing experience
Which platforms and channels you have worked with (paid search, paid social, programmatic, etc.)
An example of a report or data-related task you have handled in a previous role
Your availability and expected monthly rate

Final Step (Required)
Answer this question in your application:
You are given access to a Google Ads account and a Meta Ads account for a new client. Your first task is to pull together a performance summary for the past 90 days. Walk us through how you would approach this, what metrics you would focus on, and how you would organize the data so it is ready for a client-facing report.
