specializing in luxury business cards, specialty finishes, and tactile
brand identity products. We have been in business since 1997 and serve
designers, agencies, and high-end brands across North America.
We are hiring a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute
and manage our Google Ads campaigns and SEO content publishing. This is
an execution role — strategies, frameworks, and creative direction are
provided to you. Your job is to implement them accurately, monitor
performance, report results, and flag issues quickly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Google Ads (Primary)
- Manage and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns under provided
strategic direction
- Enter, update, and rotate ad copy — headlines, descriptions,
and extensions — as directed
- Monitor daily spend, CTR, conversion data, and surface anomalies
- Implement A/B test rotations per provided testing schedule
- Produce weekly performance reports in a standardized format
SEO & Content Publishing (Secondary)
- Publish blog content to our CMS per provided briefs and schedules
- Apply on-page SEO formatting — titles, meta descriptions, headers,
internal links — per provided guidelines
- Update existing pages with revised copy as directed
- Track keyword rankings using SEO tools and report weekly
General
- Consistent video discussions and chats based on need. (US Pacific time)
- Maintain a task board (we use [insert tool — Asana/Notion/Trello])
- Use Claude AI as a primary productivity and drafting tool —
this is a requirement, not optional
- Follow brand voice guidelines precisely — no independent
copy decisions without approval
WHAT YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Campaign strategy or keyword research strategy (provided to you)
- Writing original blog content from scratch (briefs provided)
- Graphic design or ad creative (provided to you)
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum 2 years managing Google Ads campaigns (hands-on, not
supervisory)
- Familiar with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and
at least one SEO tool (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz)
- Comfortable working in a CMS (we will train on ours)
- Proficient with Claude AI or demonstrably eager to learn —
please mention your AI tool experience in your application
- Excellent written English — you will be communicating with
US-based leadership
- Available to work US Pacific or Mountain time zone hours
- Highly process-driven — you follow systems, you do not
freelance decisions
