Care & Relief Granting – Our zero-fee disaster response model ensuring 100% of donations reach beneficiaries while operations are funded separately, delivering rapid, transparent relief to verified needs.

About the Role
We're seeking a versatile Digital Marketing & Content Generalist who understands that great marketing in Kingdom work isn't about manufactured hype—it's about authentic storytelling that mobilizes generosity and opens Gospel conversations.
You'll be a key player in scaling our Giver Army, amplifying stories of direct impact, and sparking a broader generosity movement across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can wear multiple hats in a dynamic, faith-driven environment while maintaining our commitment to transparency and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
Create compelling content (video, graphics, blog posts, emails, social media) that showcases real stories of impact—from disaster relief recipients to Giver Army members experiencing the joy of sustainable giving
Develop authentic, faith-integrated messaging that positions generosity as a gateway for Gospel conversations
Translate complex impact data into clear, trust-building narratives that demonstrate transparent stewardship
Multi-Platform Community Management
Manage and grow presence across social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and emerging channels like Reddit
Build engagement strategies aligned with our Performance Drivers—particularly faith-based community engagement and transparent impact storytelling
Moderate discussions that reflect our values: transparency, expedient mobilization, and direct Kingdom impact
Campaign Execution & Growth
Support marketing campaigns for Giver Army recruitment with focus on retention and viral growth through shared values
Promote SHINE Fund capabilities to donors seeking strategic, tax-efficient giving vehicles
Amplify Care & Relief efforts during disaster response with urgency and transparency
Influencer & Partnership Support
Assist in outreach to influencers and content creators who align with our "Platform for Purpose" partnership model
Help mobilize partnerships that expand the generosity movement and create Gospel opportunities
Support relationship development with Kingdom Advisors network and faith-based giving communities
Data-Driven Optimization
Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, conversion data, donor acquisition cost, lifetime value) to inform strategy
Track ROI on campaigns and provide insights through our Performance Driver framework
Contribute to quarterly "Rocks" reporting with OnTrack/At Risk/Off Track status indicators
Collaborative Execution
Partner with VP of Operations and Executive Director on email newsletters, website updates, and donor communications
Support implementation of our "Lego-fication" approach—creating scalable, repeatable, duplicatable systems
Contribute creative ideas for new media experiments that advance our mission without compromising our values

Qualifications
Required
Active Christian faith and genuine alignment with our mission to share the hope of Jesus through generosity
2+ years experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or related fields
Strong storytelling ability with particular skill in faith-inspired, hope-filled messaging that builds trust
Technical proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social scheduling platforms, and basic video editing
Data literacy – comfortable pulling insights from analytics and translating them into strategic recommendations
Self-starter mentality – thrives in remote, fast-paced environments with a lean team structure
Preferred
Experience with Reddit community management or moderation
Background in nonprofit marketing, particularly faith-based organizations
Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms or donor engagement systems
Experience with influencer collaboration or creator partnerships
Understanding of StoryBrand messaging framework or similar donor communication methodologies
Knowledge of transparent impact reporting and outcome measurement
