Virtual Assistant + Content & Launch Support

Ardor Organics | Holistic Hair & Digital Education Brand

Ardor Organics is a growing holistic hair salon and digital education brand based in Australia. We specialise in low-tox haircare, scalp health, curls, and conscious beauty.

We are expanding into digital products, courses, and online education, and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support across content, backend systems, and launches.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a purpose-driven brand.

Role Overview

• Part-time: 10–15 hours per week (to start)
• Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time
• Flexible hours, with some overlap preferred with Australian time zones

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Community

• Respond to Instagram DMs and comments
• Engage with followers in a warm, aligned tone
• Schedule and upload posts, reels, and stories

Content & Marketing

• Write captions from provided ideas
• Repurpose content into multiple formats
• Upload blogs and assist with SEO formatting
• Podcast support:

Upload episodes
Write show notes
Repurpose content
Course & Launch Support (Important)

• Upload and organise course content (videos, PDFs, modules)
• Assist with landing pages and sales pages
• Draft and schedule email sequences
• Support course launches and promotions
• Upload and manage digital products

Backend & Admin

• Update website and landing pages
• Assist with email marketing setup
• Basic Canva design (templates, posts, PDFs)
• Manage inbox and flag priorities
• Update Trello boards and task systems
• Create simple checklists and SOPs

Tools You May Use

Instagram, Canva, Trello, email platforms, website platforms (Shopify/Stan Store), Zoom

Requirements

• Strong written English
• High attention to detail
• Organised and proactive
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently

Bonus Skills

• Social media experience
• Podcast editing or uploading
• Basic video editing
• Experience with online courses
