Job Description

Hi there,
My name is Jennifer, and I am the owner of Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic, based in North Vancouver, Canada.
We are a well-established, highly reputable hearing clinic that provides both in-clinic and in-home services, primarily supporting seniors and their families. We take a professional, healthcare-focused approach and are not a retail-style hearing aid business.
We are looking for a part-time Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (approx. 4 hours per day) to help us elevate our online presence and create consistent, high-quality content.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, social clips, educational content)
- Create social media posts for Facebook and ----------
- Write captions that are clear, professional, and engaging
- Design and build email newsletters using Constant Contact
- Assist with email campaigns and marketing ideas
- Repurpose content across platforms (video ? posts ? email)
- Help maintain a consistent and polished brand presence

What We’re Looking For
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience creating content for social media (not just scheduling)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Experience with email platforms (Constant Contact is a bonus)
- Good written English and ability to write in a professional tone
- Someone who is creative but also organized and reliable

We are looking for someone who:
-Enjoys creating content
-Can take ideas and turn them into finished posts and videos
-Takes pride in producing polished, high-quality work
