JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established Australian cosmetic, skin and wellness clinic with two locations and more than 20 years in the industry.

We are looking for a talented, creative and highly organised Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team on a long-term basis.

This is not a general Virtual Assistant role.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating beautiful, engaging content and can take raw video footage, images and ideas from our team and turn them into polished social media, email and website content.

Experience working with beauty, skincare, aesthetics, wellness, medical, luxury or premium lifestyle brands would be highly regarded.

Your Role

You will work closely with our clinic owner and team to manage the day-to-day creation and delivery of our digital marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Editing raw iPhone and professionally filmed footage into high-quality Instagram and Facebook Reels
• Adding engaging hooks, subtitles, transitions, music and branded Reel covers
• Creating polished social media graphics and carousels
• Writing and refining captions
• Repurposing longer videos into multiple pieces of short-form content
• Creating Instagram/Facebook Stories
• Scheduling social media content
• Maintaining a 6–8 week content calendar
• Creating regular client email campaigns/newsletters
• Making basic updates to our website, including text, images, treatment information and landing pages
• Organising our video, photography and content library
• Repurposing existing educational material into new content
• Using AI tools appropriately to improve efficiency while ensuring content remains natural, accurate and on-brand
• Reviewing content performance and identifying what we should create more of

You will be provided with raw video footage, photographs, treatment information, campaign ideas and access to our existing brand assets.

We want someone who can take this material and make it look professional, modern, sophisticated and engaging.

Skills We Are Looking For

You should be highly proficient in:

• Short-form video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
• Canva
• Instagram and Facebook content creation
• Reel editing and subtitling
• Social media scheduling
Email marketing platforms
• Basic website/CMS editing
• Excellent written English
• AI tools such as ChatGPT for content assistance and workflow efficiency

Experience with basic SEO and website content optimisation would be an advantage.

The Person We Are Looking For

We value quality over quantity.

We are not looking for someone who simply fills a social media calendar with generic posts.

You should have a strong visual eye and understand the difference between average social media content and content appropriate for a premium cosmetic and skin clinic.

You should also be:

• Creative and proactive
• Highly organised
• Reliable with deadlines
• Comfortable receiving feedback
• Able to work independently
• Detail-oriented
• Interested in learning about cosmetic medicine, skin health and wellness
• Looking for a stable, long-term position

Because we operate in the healthcare/cosmetic industry in Australia, all clinical and promotional content will go through an approval process before publication.

Hours

Initially 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

There is potential for the role and hours to grow for the right person.

Some overlap with Australian business hours will be required for communication with our team, but much of the creative work can be completed flexibly.

Salary

We are looking for an experienced candidate and are prepared to pay appropriately for excellent skills.

Please include your expected monthly salary in PHP for 20–25 hours per week in your application.

This is intended to be a long-term position rather than a short-term freelance project.

How to Apply

Please send us:

1. A brief introduction about yourself and your relevant experience.
2. Links to 3 short-form videos/Reels that you personally edited.
3. Examples of social media graphics or carousels you have created.
4. An example of an email campaign/newsletter you have designed or written, if available.
5. An example of a website you have worked on, explaining what you were responsible for.
6. The editing and marketing software you use regularly.
7. Your expected monthly salary in PHP for 20–25 hours per week.
8. Your usual working hours and how much overlap you can provide with Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Please begin your application with the words “JADE CONTENT” so we know you have read the complete advertisement.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a small paid creative test using raw footage supplied by us.

We are excited to find someone who wants to become an important long-ter ---------- mber of our marketing team.
