JOB OVERVIEW

MARKETING & MARKET DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE – PHILIPPINES (REMOTE)

We’re seeking a proactive and responsible Marketing & Market Development Associate to develop Comacpro.net’s presence in the Philippine market through local community engagement, market research, lead qualification, and business development support.

* Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing
Support the implementation of Digital Marketing campaigns on Facebook, Facebook Groups, Facebook Marketplace, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Create and localize marketing content suitable for the Philippine market.
Design simple marketing materials using Canva and edit short videos using CapCut.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
2. Community Engagement
Participate in and develop online communities to increase Comacpro's brand awareness.
Respond to initial customer inquiries and support engagement within the communities.
3. Market Research
Conduct market research to support Digital Marketing activities.
Search for and update information on dealers, contractors, and potential businesses to build a marketing database.
4. Lead & CRM Support
Receive and qualify potential customer information for the Global Operations team to handle.
Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system (Odoo).

* Requirements:
- Philippine citizen currently living in the Philippines
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Tagalog
- Understanding of local construction industry terminology
- Active participation in Facebook Groups and Marketplace
- Ability to search for business information using Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, Basic Canva skills, Basic CapCut skills
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working remotely

* Preferred Experience:
- Experience in B2B marketing, construction equipment, sales support, or digital marketing is an advantage.
