JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing systems, website, and campaigns at Lady Bird Deed Now.

This role is focused on execution and technical marketing support, helping us manage our website, automations, and marketing workflows. We will provide direction, training, and clear processes. Your role is to execute tasks reliably, stay organized, and help keep our marketing running smoothly.

> What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and update our WordPress website (pages, forms, plugins, basic troubleshooting)
Build and edit pages using
Create and manage forms using WPForms
Set up and manage Zapier automations (connecting forms, CRM, and workflows)
Build and manage ActiveCampaign automations (emails, sequences, tagging, flows)
Updating PDF Templates on PDFMonkey
Assist with Google Analytics tracking and data checks
Support Facebook Ads and Google Ads setup and updates (not required to be an expert)
Help maintain and improve funnels, checkout flows, and follow-up sequences
Keep systems organized and running efficiently

This is a role for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside marketing systems.

>Core Requirements (Important)

Strong experience with WordPress
Experience using Elementor
Experience with WPForms
Experience with Zapier (or similar automation tools)
Experience with ActiveCampaign (or similar email platforms)
Experience with PDFMonkey
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong English communication

> Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads
Understanding of funnels and customer journeys
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, ElevenLabs, etc.)
Creative skills (graphic design, video editing, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience with tools like Higgsfield
General digital marketing experience
Basic understanding of Liquid or template logic (we can train this)
