About Us:
We are a fast-growing digital marketing team focused on helping car dealerships and automotive businesses win in today’s evolving search landscape. Our team specializes in Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO. As we grow, we’re looking for someone to be the frontline point of contact with our clients, an Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, running meetings, and ensuring projects move smoothly from start to finish.
The Role:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading meetings, and serving as the bridge between our clients and our operations team. This is a client-facing role where communication, organization, and strategy alignment are key.
You’ll be working on:
Client Meetings & Communication – Leading weekly/monthly calls, presenting results, and ensuring clients feel supported.
Campaign Oversight – Working closely with our digital marketing team to ensure campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Content, etc.) align with client goals.
Project Management – Coordinating deliverables, setting timelines, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Reporting & Insights – Reviewing campaign reports, extracting insights, and presenting them in a clear, client-friendly way.
Relationship Building – Proactively identifying opportunities for clients to expand or improve their digital marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable leading Zoom/Google Meet client meetings).
Experience in digital marketing account management or client services.
Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO and Meta Ads (you don’t need to be a deep technical expert, but you must understand how these channels work).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates client needs before they arise.
Nice to Have:
Background in automotive or e-commerce marketing.
Familiarity with Looker Studio, GA4, or other reporting platforms.
