JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Social Media & Lead Generation Manager to own our brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms while directly supporting lead conversion. This role is responsible for consistent content posting, inbound lead engagement, and handling discovery calls booked via Calendly.

The primary goal is simple: Help people understand what we do, build brand presence, stay visible every day, and turn attention into qualified leads.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit
Post consistent, on-brand content (reels, posts, carousels, stories, short-form video)
Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach
Maintain a content calendar and posting schedule
Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visuals remain consistent

Lead Generation & Engagement

Monitor DMs, comments, and inbound messages
Respond to inquiries and qualify leads using provided scripts/guidelines
Nurture conversations and guide prospects toward booking calls
Follow up with warm leads to increase conversion rates

Calendly Calls & Communication

Handle scheduled calls booked via Calendly
Answer inbound calls professionally and explain our services clearly
Qualify prospects and document call outcomes
Route high-intent leads to the appropriate next step

Brand & Growth Support

Help establish authority and trust through consistent posting
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, leads generated)
Identify trends and opportunities to improve reach and conversions
Collaborate on content ideas, hooks, and messaging that drive leads

? Requirements
Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn for a brand or business [Not Mandatory but Great to Have]
Strong written and verbal communication skills [Mandatory]
Comfortable speaking with prospects on scheduled calls [Mandatory]
Understanding of content consistency and brand presence [Mandatory]
Organized, reliable, and self-directed [Mandatory]
Familiarity with Calendly, DMs, and basic CRM tracking is a plus [Not Mandatory but Great to Have]
