Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Tasks
- Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram,
- Design reels, videos, and posts to promote services (e.g., weight loss programs, medspa treatments).
- Respond to messages and comments, building community engagement.
- Maintain a content calendar and track performance metrics.
- Google My Business (GMB):
- Post updates, offers, and announcements for multiple websites 5 times per week.
- Respond to reviews and questions professionally and promptly.

Administrative and CRM Tasks

Ad Campaign Management
- Design and manage social media and Google ad campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics (CTR, ROI) for better results.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing or as a virtual assistant, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram,
- Knowledge of marketing tools like Canva, AI content generators (e.g., ChatGPT), Google Ads, and
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g.,
- Strong writing and editing skills for captions,
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- WP skills basics able to adjust content regularly.
- SEO skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
