We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Virtual Assistant to manage and improve our social media presence and support marketing and sales activities. The role focuses on strengthening our visibility across platforms such as LinkedIn,
This is a remote, part-time role suited to someone who is organised, digitally skilled and comfortable working independently while helping grow a personal brand and related services.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and improve our presence on LinkedIn,
Create, schedule and publish engaging posts across all platforms.
Develop and maintain a content calendar.
Ensure consistency of tone, branding and messaging across all channels.
Advertising and Campaigns
Write compelling copy for social media adverts.
Design simple but effective visuals and posts using tools such as Canva or similar.
Set up and manage advertising campaigns on
Monitor performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
Lead and Enquiry Management
Monitor incoming messages, comments and enquiries across social media channels.
Provide initial responses and direct enquiries appropriately.
Ensure potential leads are captured and followed up in a professional and timely manner.
Sales and Administrative Support
Assist in scheduling calls with potential clients.
Support preparation for sales calls where needed.
Maintain organised records of leads and enquiries.
Assist with general virtual assistant tasks related to marketing and communications.
Analytics and Improvement
Track engagement, reach and advertising performance.
Provide simple reports on social media and advertising activity.
Suggest practical improvements to strengthen visibility and results.
Role Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn,
Experience creating and managing social media content and advertising campaigns.
Ability to write clear, engaging marketing copy.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
Experience responding to customer enquiries professionally online.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Comfortable supporting lead generation and early-stage sales engagement.
Preferred Skills
Experience running Meta
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation.
Experience supporting consultants, coaches or small businesses.
Working Arrangement
