Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on enhancing our online presence, managing multi-platform social media campaigns, and driving lead generation through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, creating engaging content, and managing targeted advertising campaigns across various platforms to expand our reach and grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Optimization

Search Engine Optimization: Improve website ranking and visibility through strategic SEO implementation
Keyword Research: Identify and apply high-converting search terms to maximize organic reach
Content Optimization: Ensure all web content is optimized for search engines and user engagement

Social Media Management

Platform Management: Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts for maximum engagement
Content Creation: Produce engaging posts, graphics, and short videos that align with brand messaging
Community Management: Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across all social platforms in a timely and professional manner
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms

Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

Paid Advertising: Run targeted ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok platforms
Campaign Development: Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, with particular focus on fitness studio and related sectors
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and conversions
Budget Management: Optimize ad spend and ROI across all advertising platforms

Content Management & Brand Development

Content Upload: Upload creatives, blogs, and campaign updates across digital platforms
Visual Content: Design and produce graphics, videos, and other visual content for marketing campaigns
Brand Messaging: Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Requirements

Digital Marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and social media management tools
SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and website optimization techniques
Analytics: Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media insights, and performance tracking tools

Creative Skills

Content Creation: Experience in creating engaging social media content, graphics, and short-form videos
Design Software: Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
