JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Part-Time or Project-Based

We are hiring an experienced Lead Generation and AI Marketing Specialist for our real estate, mortgage, tax preparation, and credit services businesses.

Our main priority is simple: generate consistent, qualified leads. This is not a cold-calling position.

*Responsibilities
-Find qualified leads through Facebook groups, social media, Google, online directories, and other approved sources
-Research and join relevant local Facebook groups
-Identify people actively looking for our services
-Engage with posts, publish approved content, and send professional direct messages
-Create AI marketing videos, Reels, advertisements, and social media content
-Manage Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns
-Build lead forms, landing pages, and marketing funnels
-Record every lead, source, contact information, and status in our tracker or CRM
-Track results and provide weekly reports

*Requirements
Proven lead-generation experience
-Experience sourcing leads through Facebook groups and online research
-Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising
-Experience creating AI videos and marketing content
-Strong research, written communication, and organizational skills
-Ability to follow group rules and avoid spam
-Experience in real estate, mortgage, tax, credit, or financial services is preferred

Performance Will Be Based On
-Number of qualified leads generated
-Lead quality and accuracy
-Positive responses and appointments
-Consistent weekly results
