About the Role
Hollywood Fashion Secrets is looking for a Performance Graphic Designer who understands that great design doesn’t just look good — it drives clicks, conversions, and retail sell-through.
This role sits at the intersection of creative + performance marketing + digital commerce, focused on building high-impact assets across:
• Meta (Instagram &
• TikTok
• Retailer Media Networks (Ulta, Amazon, CVS, etc.)
• Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and digital shelves
What You’ll Do
Paid Social Creative
• Design high-converting static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
• Create multiple test variations (hooks, headlines, CTAs, layouts, crops) for A/B testing
• Adapt assets across all platform sizes and specs (Reels, Stories, Feed, Carousel, etc.)
• Work from UGC, product photography, and lifestyle assets to build scroll-stopping ads
Retailer Digital & PDP Graphics (Core Responsibility)
• Design PDP image stacks that:
o Clearly explain what the product is
o Show how to use it
o Highlight key benefits and differentiators
o Incorporate before/after visuals where appropriate
• Create:
o Feature callout graphics
o Educational step-by-step visuals
o Comparison charts (when relevant)
o Texture/close-up/product detail visuals
• Develop digital shelf banners and
• Ensure visual consistency across:
o
o Amazon
o CVS and other retailer platforms
Performance-Driven Design
• Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to translate:
o Campaign objectives
o Target audiences
o Product education needs
o Offer strategies
into clear, conversion-focused visuals
• Iterate creative based on performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, PDP engagement)
Light Motion + Editing
• Create simple animated ads (text overlays, motion graphics, product callouts)
• Edit short-form paid ad videos using existing footage and UGC
Asset Systemization
• Organize files and creative variations for testing
• Maintain templates for scalable ad and PDP creative production

• Ads that feel native to social but still premium
• PDPs that quickly answer:
o What is it?
o Why do I need it?
o How does it work?
• Clear product storytelling that drives both ad performance and retail conversion
• Creative that improves engagement + conversion metrics, not just aesthetics
• Fast turnaround for testing cycles
You’re a Great Fit If You…
• Have 3+ years experience designing paid social ads AND ecommerce/PDP graphics
• Understand direct response and conversion design principles
• Know how to design for:
o Thumb-stopping impact in 1–2 seconds (ads)
o Scroll-stopping clarity on PDPs
• Can balance:
o Beauty + fashion aesthetics
o Product education
o Performance marketing needs
You’re comfortable with:
• Before/after visuals
• Product callouts
• Value props
• Offer-driven creative
Technical Skills
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Canva (for fast-turn retail/social adaptations)
• Video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
• Understanding of:
o Meta ad specs and best practices
o Ecommerce/PDP image hierarchy
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to scale creative production, generate variations, and streamline asset adaptation
Bonus Points If You Have
• Beauty, fashion, or DTC experience
• Experience designing for retail media networks
• Experience optimizing Amazon or retailer PDP image stacks
• Experience working with performance marketers and media buyers
• Familiarity with UGC-style ad creative
