JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Digital Events & Operations Assistant to support the backend delivery of online classes, webinars, and email communications.
This is an assistant-level role suited to someone highly organised, technically confident, and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure seamless online experiences. The ideal candidate is based in — or able to work within — Asia Pacific time zones, with availability to support live sessions as required.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Event Setup
- Create and manage online event listings and registration pages
- Ensure accurate backend setup and smooth participant experience
- Email Campaign Execution
- Build and schedule campaigns in Campaign Manager
- Segment lists and manage subscriber data
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance
- Provide basic performance insights and recommendations

Weekly Metrics Reporting
- Track class and event registrations, attendance, engagement, and email performance
- Prepare clear weekly summary reports
- Flag trends or technical issues

Live Zoom & Webinar AV Support
- Host and facilitate Zoom classes and webinars
- Support AI translation tools when required
- Manage class recordings
- Provide live tech support during sessions
- Support screen sharing and presentation management for the teacher

Vimeo & Content Management
- Upload and organise class recordings on Vimeo
- Apply light edits (trimming, basic formatting)
- Manage privacy settings and access links
- Shareable Assets & Logistics
- Create calendar add-to links (Google, Outlook, etc.)
- Prepare shareable event assets for distribution

Ideal Candidate
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Zoom, Vimeo, Salesforce, and email marketing platforms
- Experience with Campaign Manager preferred
- Calm and solution-oriented during live events
- Is aligned with our mission to elevate global consciousness
- Team Player
- Strong written communication skills
- Able to work some evenings to accommodate Asia Pacific time zones

Role Details
- Hyrbid position: expectation to work on-site at least 3pw in Metro Manila
- Assistant-level role
- Flexible hours with required availability for certain live events in APAC time zones
- Ongoing contract opportunity
