About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Ecommerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of a premium footwear ecommerce store.
This role focuses on Shopify site management, product merchandising, promotions, and ecommerce performance reporting. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to help improve the customer experience and drive online sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ecommerce Site Management
- Manage and update the Shopify store (product uploads, pricing, images, collections).
- Maintain site organisation including navigation, filters, and landing pages.
- Support seasonal product launches and new product updates.
- Ensure product pages are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
Ecommerce Performance
- Monitor store performance metrics such as revenue, traffic, conversion rate, and AOV.
- Prepare weekly and monthly ecommerce reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and product performance.
Promotions & Campaign Support
- Coordinate online promotions and product markdowns.
- Update homepage banners and campaign landing pages.
- Support
Inventory & Merchandising
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to prevent stockouts.
- Identify slow-moving products and support promotional strategies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years ecommerce experience
- Experience managing Shopify stores
- Understanding of ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue)
- Experience with
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with data and ecommerce reports
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with fashion or footwear brands
- Basic HTML / CSS knowledge
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Understanding of ecommerce merchandising
