McGee Entertainment is a premium live entertainment company delivering luxury weddings and events across Australia — and we’re expanding into new markets.

We’re looking for a brand-and-design-led creative contractor who can own our digital assets, social content, and short-form video, while keeping everything consistently premium and on-brand.

This role suits someone with a strong luxury design eye who understands how to build a recognisable brand through content — and can help us grow into new markets and destinations with polished, modern creative.

We already have a strong brand and clear direction — we’re looking for a long-term contractor to help execute it across social media, content, design assets, short-form video, and light website updates.

This role is for someone who can take what we’re doing and turn it into consistent marketing output that supports lead generation and enquiries (content with purpose, not just content for the sake of it).

**Contractor Retainer + Pay (Weekly)**
Hours: approx. 10 hours per week (40 hours per month retainer)
Rate: $9 USD/hour
Monthly retainer: $360 USD/month (40 ---------- paid weekly via EasyPay ($83/week)
Timesheets: Clockify (time tracking + reporting)
Payment method: EasyPay (OnlineJobs.ph)
Overtime: paid at $9/hr for approved additional hours
Hours are flexible/asynchronous, as long as deadlines and priorities are met
Long-term commitment is a MUST (please only apply if you want to stay long-term)


**Immediate Priority (First 2 Weeks) – TikTok Setup**
We need this started straight away:
Set up TikTok properly (profile, brand look, highlights, content pillars)
Create a simple weekly content rhythm we can stick to
Edit and publish TikTok-first videos from performance footage
Repurpose top content for Instagram Reels
(TikTok / META ads knowledge is a bonus — but this role is NOT paid ads management.)


**What You’ll Own (Ongoing Support)**
1) Brand-Led Digital Design + Asset Creation (CORE)
Create premium assets as needed: posts, carousels, stories, promos, testimonials, package spotlights, launch graphics
Maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic (clean layouts, strong typography, refined design choices)
Ensure everything feels cohesive across platforms and campaigns
Strong attention to detail is essential — we care about polish

2) Social Media Management (IG + TikTok)
Help manage our social channels (primarily Instagram + TikTok)
Maintain a consistent posting rhythm and brand voice
Organise content clearly for our team to review/approve
Support content that helps us grow into new markets and destinations

3) Short-Form Video Editing (Reels + TikTok)
Edit vertical video content from real performance footage (music/events)
Strong hooks, pacing, captions, and clean modern cuts
Bonus if you can edit to music/performance ---------- nts (timing matters)

4) Marketing Assistance / Lead Generation
Help turn content into enquiry-driving marketing (clear CTAs, smart content themes, social proof)
Assist with simple pathways: content ? landing page ? enquiry
Provide quick weekly notes: what performed best + what we should create more of next

5) Squarespace (Must Have)
Confident with Squarespace updates as required (swap imagery, add sections, embed video, basic page edits)
Assist with building or updating landing pages when needed
Keep pages looking premium and on-brand

6) Blog Publishing (Nice to Have)
Publish blog posts in Squarespace when required (we can provide structure)


**What We’re Looking For**
You must have:
A strong portfolio showing luxury-level digital design + short-form video
Excellent taste and brand awareness (premium feel matters)
High attention to detail (spelling, formatting, brand consistency)
Clear communication and reliability
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Long-term commitment is a MUST
Advantageous: experience with music, events, weddings, hospitality, or performance-based content.
Bonus (not required): TikTok / META ads knowledge/experience.


**Hiring Timeline (IMPORTANT)**
