Job Title: Digital Designer – E-commerce & Web/UI (Project-Based)
Company: Premium international consumer brand (Manuka honey) operating across 15+ countries

About Us
We're a New Zealand-based premium Manuka honey brand selling across global markets through Shopify, Amazon, and our own e-commerce stores. We move fast, care deeply about brand quality, and need a designer who can keep up with the pace of a growing international business.
The Role
We're looking for a talented digital designer to work on a project basis across our e-commerce and web properties. You'll be designing for real customers across multiple international markets, so attention to detail and a sharp eye for clean, conversion-focused design is essential.
What You'll Be Working On

Shopify store pages, landing pages, and promotional banners across multiple regional stores
Amazon A+ Content, brand storefronts, and product listing imagery
Web and UI design for internal tools and customer-facing platforms
Occasional marketing assets for campaigns and product launches

What We're Looking For

A strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce and/or web UI design work (this is non-negotiable — please include your portfolio link when applying)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva
Experience designing for Shopify and/or Amazon marketplaces is a big plus
Understanding of conversion-focused design principles — you design to sell, not just to look pretty
Ability to work across brand guidelines and maintain consistency across markets
Strong communication, self-management, and ability to meet deadlines independently
Comfortable working across time zones (we're based in New Zealand)

Bonus Points

Experience with multilingual or multi-market design (EU, US, UK)
Motion graphics or light video editing skills
Familiarity with Shopify theme customization or basic HTML/CSS
