Position: Digital Creator

About Us
We are a dedicated non-profit organization seeking a skilled and creative Digital Creator to join our team. Our mission is to create impactful and meaningful content that aligns with our Biblical Christian values.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing digital pages that include elements such as ephemera, background papers, pockets, and folds. You will also design the flow of the project to match the biblical lesson using given scripture references. It is crucial that clip art pages accompany the packets and blend nicely with the junk journal, matching the verse and including the verse for crafters to use in their creations. Additionally, all color swatches must coordinate cohesively and align with the theme of each month's packet and lesson.

As a Digital Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital content using Adobe, MidJourney, Canva, and AI image tools. You will work independently, manage your assignments through Trello, and maintain clear communication with our team via FB Messenger and Trello. This is a project-based role, and compensation will be provided per completed project. We create digital junk journal projects to match Biblical lessons. Knowledge of folio kits, graphics, templates would be of great advantage.

Responsibilities
• Create digital pages using Adobe, MidJourney, Canva Layering, and AI image tools.
• Ensure all content is high-quality and aligns with our organization's values.
• Communicate effectively with the team through FB Messenger and Trello.
• Upload completed projects to Google Drive in various formats (PDF, JPEG with and without watermark, and mockup of
product).
• Complete a test project to demonstrate skills and capabilities.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe, Advanced Canva Skills, and AI image tools.
• Strong English language skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments through Trello.
• Background in Biblical Christian values.
• Good communication skills and timely project completion.

Compensation
You will be compensated at a rate of $1.00 per completed page. Each project comprises 30 to 50 pages. Payments will be made through PayPal upon project completion, approval, and necessary revisions, in compliance with U.S. and our non-profit status. Qualified candidate will also be eligible to receive quarterly bonus based on team outcomes.
