Hiring: Digital Content & Social Media Specialist

Job Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to lead our brand’s visual storytelling and digital presence. This role blends content creation, social media strategy, video editing, and graphic design to drive engagement and elevate our brand across platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, infographics, and written posts tailored for diverse audiences
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) through strategic scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with the CEO and Sales team to craft compelling content strategies aligned with business goals
- Write, edit, and optimize content for blogs, social media, and website to ensure brand consistency and SEO performance
- Design visually engaging assets that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and resonate with target audiences
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, promotional campaigns, and website
- Maintain and enhance social media platforms with fresh, relevant, and timely content
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform creative direction and marketing tactics
- Manage and update the digital content calendar to ensure consistent delivery across all channels
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Stay current with emerging digital media technologies and incorporate them into content strategies

Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content writing, graphic design, and video editing
- Strong eye for design and ability to create content aligned with brand identity
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences, algorithms, and best practices
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Understanding of visual design principles, accessibility standards, and SEO optimization
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic adjustments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
