The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Content & Social Media Designer to lead the creation of high-impact visual assets across ecommerce, paid media, social, wholesale, and retail channels. This role is essential in shaping how the brand appears digitally, blending compelling storytelling with performance-driven creative to drive online growth. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sales teams to deliver consistent, premium creative that strengthens brand identity while supporting ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Creative
-Design seasonal campaign assets aligned with the brand's global brand direction.
-Develop digital-first creative for product launches, collaborations, and key trading
-Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Ecommerce & Performance Creative
-Create high-converting assets for:
o Website banners and landing pages
o
o Paid social and display ads
o Marketplace platforms
-Optimise creative based on performance insights and testing.
Social & Content
-Design organic and paid social assets across key platforms.
-Develop short-form motion graphics and video edits where required.
-Support content shoots with visual direction and post-production assets.
Wholesale & Retail Support
-Produce lookbooks, line sheets, POS materials, and in-store creative.
-Create trade marketing assets for key wholesale partners.
What You’ll Bring
-2+ year’s experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first, performance-driven creative.
-Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign).
-Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar preferred).
-Strong understanding of ecommerce and conversion-focused design.
-Ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial outcomes.
-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Bonus Skills
-Experience working within Shopify environments.
-Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
-Photography or video editing experience.
-Experience scaling creative for growth-stage brands.
