Fortress Exteriors is a rapidly growing roofing, windows, doors, storm protection, and exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the United States.

We are building a modern home improvement brand that focuses on educating homeowners, protecting families, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are investing heavily in technology, content creation, AI, and digital marketing to become one of the most recognized brands in our industry.

We are looking for a talented full-time Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help us build our brand and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.

This is not a traditional virtual assistant position.

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organized, and excited about helping grow a company from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

• Create engaging social media posts, graphics, reels, shorts, and educational content

• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software

• Design graphics using Canva or similar design platforms

• Create AI avatar spokesperson videos using platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Captions, ElevenLabs, or similar tools

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar

• Schedule and publish content

• Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy

• Monitor social media engagement and assist with responding to comments and messages

• Track social media analytics and provide monthly reports

• Recommend new ideas and strategies to help grow the Fortress Exteriors brand

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong video editing skills

• Graphic design experience

• Social media management experience

• Experience using Canva

• Experience using CapCut or similar video editing software

• Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Reliable internet connection and computer

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating AI avatar spokesperson videos

• Experience growing social media accounts

• Experience working with home services companies

• Experience working with roofing, construction, real estate, or related industries

• Experience creating educational and promotional content
