Digital Business Development & Summit University Coordinator

About the Role

Summit Capital Solutions helps small-business owners become funding-ready and explore responsible business-funding options.

We are seeking a reliable, teachable, and organized Virtual Assistant to support business development, CRM management, digital follow-up, social-media scheduling, and Summit University administration.

This is initially a trainee-level position with an opportunity to grow into a Business Development and Operations Coordinator role.

Responsibilities

Review and organize business leads
Update CRM records, notes, stages, and follow-up tasks
Follow up with warm prospects through approved email and text messages
Schedule appointments with qualified prospects
Respond to routine website and social-media inquiries
Schedule approved ---------- and Facebook business-page content
Assist with email campaigns and newsletters
Support Summit University registrations, reminders, worksheets, and participant communication
Help organize company files, templates, and standard operating procedures
Prepare weekly activity and pipeline reports
Learn Summit Capital’s business-funding and BLB workflow
This position will not initially require cold calling. Warm follow-up calls may be introduced later after training.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong attention to detail
Banking, financial-services, customer-service, sales, or administrative experience is preferred
Comfortable learning CRM and digital-marketing tools
Reliable laptop, internet connection, and quiet work environment
Able to protect confidential client and company information
Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
Comfortable working some hours that overlap with the U.S. business day
