JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager & Content Creator to join our growing international team. This is a full-time remote role working directly with an entrepreneur managing multiple purpose-driven brands across travel, hospitality, and social impact. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, strategic, highly organized, and passionate about building brands that make an impact in the world. I am looking for a long term partner. Somebody who will be with me for years to come. I am looking for somebody who is not employed with another company or have any other employment contract. There is alot of room for growth with this role.
You will be responsible for creating marketing SOP's, developing, managing, and executing content, marketing, and brand strategy across several brands including:
• A.R.I.S.E. Adventures – philanthropic travel & global impact
• La Vida Bocas – luxury Caribbean lifestyle & hospitality brand
• Summit Executive Cleaning – premium hospitality service brand
• Additional purpose-driven ventures and campaigns
The ideal candidate will bring ideas to life through compelling digital storytelling, strong brand consistency, and strategic marketing execution.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
* Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
* Help refine messaging, voice, and positioning
* Develop brand style guides and content systems
Content Creation
* Create high-quality social media posts, graphics, reels, and short-form video
* Design marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional graphics
* Assist with storytelling and content planning
Social Media Management
* Plan and schedule posts across platforms
* Grow audience engagement organically
* Monitor analytics and optimize content performance
Website & SEO
* Basic website updates and content management
* Implement SEO best practices
* Assist with blog posts and website content
Marketing Support
* Assist with email campaigns
* Create marketing funnels and landing pages
* Support digital campaigns and brand launches
Requirements:
I am looking for someone who is both creative and strategic. Somebody who is “forward” thinking. NOT afraid of using AI, or advanced tools. Somebody with clear experience in brand management, SEO and social media marketing. Somebody who can document the SOP's for their role in marketing. Somebody who can be available during Colorado US working hours (generally)…I will have some flexibility after working together for a few weeks, and very importantly…wants to work in a long term role.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3+ years experience in content creation, branding, or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio showing social media content and branding work
• Experience with SEO and website management
• Experience creating graphics, reels, and marketing visuals
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized and self-directed
Preferred experience with tools like:
• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Notion or project management tools
• WordPress / Webflow / basic website builders
• Social scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
