Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist
Junior & Senior | GA4 | Meta | Reporting → Insights

I’m looking for a Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist to join my growing digital strategy and marketing team.
Open to both Junior and Senior candidates.

I need someone who can analyze GA4 and Meta data, understand what is happening, and turn reporting into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
Less data. More insight.
This can start as project-based or contract work, with the potential to grow into a full-time role and possibly a long-term partnership.

What You’ll Work On

GA4 / Google Analytics
* Website traffic, acquisition and user behaviour.
* Conversion funnels and landing-page performance.
* Identifying trends, problems and opportunities.

Meta Analytics — Paid & Organic
* Meta Ads: campaigns, audiences, creatives, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
* Facebook & Instagram: reach, engagement, content performance and audience growth.
* Understanding what drives performance and what to improve.

Insights & Recommendations
Turn data into a clear business story:
What happened? Why? What does it mean? What should we do next?

What I’m Looking For

* Experience with GA4 and Meta Ads Manager.
* Understanding of Facebook / Instagram analytics.
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
* Looker Studio experience — a plus.
* Good English communication.
* Analytical thinking and curiosity.
* Ability to explain data clearly.
* Experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and SQL are a plus.

I care more about your ability to find insights and create business value than certifications or years of experience.
